help.

Okay, so i’m still fairly new, sorta, and my email isn’t working. It’s the correct one, but im not getting any notification emails and it’s also still telling me i need to verify my account but im not getting the email no matter how many times i press “send it again” I need to figure out how to enable my ask box, but i don’t know how and it won’t let me “customize” because my email hasn’t been verified….help please.
